Restore Delaware

Who we are

The vision of Restore Delaware is one in which our up and coming youngsters can again hope and dream of the pursuit of happiness in their very own neighborhood.  The forked tongue politician has permitted the school systems and standard to become in disarray as the students from all walks of life are denied a proper education.   This political action committee has no political affiliation or labels.   It is time to let go of anger and embrace the possibilities and build a future for our children. This requires a breaking down in the walls that are built to divide.  United we can overcome.

Our Mission

Delaware has suffered greatly in a climate of party line divide with what appears to be no end in sight. In the political landscape of our time, the media all too often seems to shape our narrative. Distress replaces common-sense ideas and name calling takes the place of finding common ground. The results have permitted a one party super majority. This legislative body appear to owe outsiders their loyalty in return for monetary donations that advanced them into seats meant to be occupied by a representative body answerable to us, Delawareans.

What started out as a power play has morphed in to a monster we could not have envisioned. Our present generation of high school students have not lived in a Delaware capable of providing a true job in the field of their studies! More often then not those lucky enough to finish high school and a secondary educations leave the state. Students that are more interested in a trade with much needed skills the certificate would offer have continued to be refused the opportunity to funding assistance past the twelfth grade. Without hope of a solid financial future some have personally experienced at home or in the neighborhoods, desperation has replaced the dream of prosperity. Frankly, without jobs and the love of a family and community this out of control un-American mob culture has become the “new normal!”

Admittedly our nation may be divided on many things. However, stop for a moment. Remember a time that you witnessed a coming together of our communities. This memory may be 9-11; for some the recall of President Ronald Regan saying “Gorbachev, Tear down this wall.” Whatever your moment in time may be that signified the coming together as a compassionate united community or the excitement for what lie ahead at the ending to more then a decade of stand off… do you recall the exhale of relief knowing the problem could be faced overcome? Was there a feeling of excitement that solutions could replace desperation? Mankind has proven repeatedly our resilience and ability to overcome challenges when we rise together.

When considering the condition of our state we must first admit the problems exist. Once the realization has been made we can engage. But make no mistake, there are no quick fixes! We the people must not only join the conversation but in action also. There was a time words were meaningful. In today’s political world they have become misused; abused leaving the constitutes confused. Our purpose as the Restore Delaware Political Actions Committee is to support candidates whose values are aligned to the Delaware Constitution based on a Republic intended by our Founding Fathers. When necessary this will include but is not limited to holding accountable those who are criminally negligent in their actions as elected representation of, by and for the people.

Do you have memories of a better; cleaner; safe and prosperous Delaware? Isn’t that what you want for our children and grandchildren? It is critical that we come together as a team to reach our goal. All of this requires commitment from each Delaware citizen. Concerned Delaware citizens like you and me. Please join us and contribute today.
